Safety is our first priority at The Snobb Collection. We have implemented the following policies/changes to ensure the safety of, not only our team members, but our valued customers:

SANITATION:

All employees are subject to temperature checks and health screenings before reporting to their shift. All inventory is handled in accordance with CDC guidelines.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping may take longer than usual. We do not issue any refunds on products that have already been shipped due to shipping delays. Please allow 10-14 days to receive orders excluding holidays and weekends.

RETURN POLICY:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to accept any returns on any products. If you have received an incorrect product, please email us at snobbqueen@gmail.com and we will re-ship the correct items to you. Be sure to include purchase details in your message (order number, date of purchase, item ordered, etc.)
